Service Provision

We provide high-quality internet and phone services to our customers. Once your order is placed and confirmed, we ensure a smooth setup and delivery of services.

Order Processing

a. Internet Services: After placing an order for internet services, we will confirm your service address and schedule any required installations. Our goal is to activate your service within 1-3 business days if existing infrastructure is available, or within 5-7 business days if new installations are necessary.

b. Phone Services: Phone services are activated remotely. We aim to activate your phone line within 1-2 business days after processing your order. If number porting is required, activation may take 10-14 business days. For more complex phone setups—such as those involving voicemail, call routing, or additional features—activation times may vary depending on the complexity of the setup.

Service Activation & Installation

a. Installation: If physical installation is required, a technician will contact you to arrange a convenient appointment.

b. Remote Activation: For services that do not require physical installation, activation will be done remotely, and instructions will be sent to you via email.

Cancellation Policy

a. Before Activation: You may cancel your internet or phone service order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the service has not yet been activated or installed. No cancellation fees will apply.

b. After Activation: If you wish to cancel your service after activation, you will receive a prorated refund for unused service days, provided the cancellation occurs within the first 30 days. After 30 days, cancellations may be subject to an early termination fee (ETF) as specified in your contract.

Refunds & Service Credits

a. Refunds: Refunds will be issued only in cases of overpayment or service outages lasting more than 48 hours, provided the outage is caused by factors within our control.

b. Service Credits: In the event of a service disruption, you may be eligible for service credits. Please contact our support team to report any issues and request a review of your case.

Returns & Exchanges

a. Returns: If you rented or purchased equipment from us (e.g., modems, phones, equipments, and routers), it must be returned in good condition within 14 days of service cancellation. Equipment that is not returned or is returned in damaged condition may incur additional fees.

b. Exchanges: For faulty equipment, we will provide a free replacement, unless the damage was caused by the customer, in which case a replacement fee will apply. Contact us at [email protected] for assistance with exchanges.
